- Sample Availability & Policy
We provide samples of products upon customer's requests. Usually the shipping cost will be paid by the customer. Sample costs are returned from the first order.
- Guarantees/Warranties/Terms and Conditions
Depending on the item, we provide guarantees of design and service. We will reply our customers within 12 hours when they have some questions. We can help customers design different packing and keep in touch with them by phone. We provide free samples.
